Deliveries & Collection & Returns

There is a 99pct chance if your order is placed before 5.30pm, it will be avilable for collection from the surgery the following afternoon.  

 

If delivery is required, pls choose this option while checking-out during the order process.   Deliveries will only be made in the local area including Forest Row to the south and Lingfield to the North.  If you live oustide this area we are prepared by exception to deliver upto 10 miles away, but would expect your order to be "sizeable" or pay a higher delivery charge.  Please ring the surgery for specific requests.

 

Hills Science Plan and Royal Canin have a satisfaction guarantee on their food. Should your pet find the food unpalatable your money can be refunded but the food will need to be returned to the surgery by the customer for a refund to be awarded.

 

Any food found to have an expiry date within 1 month of the collection date will be replaced free of charge.
