- At Portland Road our appointments are 15 minutes. This is much longer than most practices and is so that we have time to listen to your concerns, assess your pet gently and carefully as well as discuss illness and treatment options. We feel it important that neither you or your pet is rushed and is given the care and attention needed.

- We have an appointment system for our consultations. This means that (except in the case of an emergency taking precedence) we should never keep you and your pet waiting for too long.

- We offer appointments all weekdays from 8.30am through to 6.45pm and Saturday from 9am- 12pm

- Each of our Veterinary Surgeons consults for at least part of the day during the week so you will always be able to see the vet of your choice at sometime on that day (unless they are on holiday!)

- Our nurses also consult at various times throughout the day from 8.30am-6.30pm.
